Cancellation and refund

In case of cancellation, the congress office must be notified in writing, by email (congress@aiac2018.de). Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. All refunds will be made after the congress.

Cancellation conditions for the Rhine cruise and onboard dinner

Please note that the cancellation policy for the Rhine cruise with onboard dinner are different. A full refund can be given (minus a 10 Euro handling fee). Notification must be given, however, at least 10 weeks prior to the date of the cruise. After that point, refunds cannot be given (due to organisational reasons).

Name change

If you are personally unable to attend the congress, a colleague can attend in your place. Please notify the congress office by writing an email (congress@aiac2018.de). A handling fee of 30 EUR for each change of name will be charged.
