Thanks to the generous support of the
Gerda Henkel Foundation and the Fritz Thyssen Foundation, the 19th International Congress of Classical Archaeology is pleased to offer travel grants (to help cover flight, public transport & accommodation expenses) up to a maximum amount of 300 Euro. Funding is available for scholars facing financial challenges and coming from the following countries (listed below)*, who are giving a paper presentation at the conference. Note that the call for papers is already closed.
Applications can be submitted from 15 September on. Required documents to be considered for a travel grant include a completed application form, evidence of participation with paper presentation (booking confirmation and abstract) and a scanned passport.
Please send your application to firstname.lastname@example.org until 15 January at the latest. The refunds will be allocated at the conference, upon demonstration of receipts.
